Through all these years Demchina Bogdan Grigorovich has been an unchangeable leader of the enterprise. Doctor of Engineering Sciences, professor of the National University “Lvivska politekhnika” and active member of Ukrainian Academy of Construction, he belongs to the third generation of builders in the Demchenko family, that comes from Zhovkivsky area, Lviv province.
His grandfather, Demchina Fedir Stepanovich, worked as a blacksmith. But when he came to Russia as a prisoner of war from Austro-Hungarian army, from 1915 to 1921 Fedir had been working as an engineer during the construction of the Bajkal-Amur railway. Bohdan’s father Grigoriy Fedorovich worked as a construction superintendent and restored over 70 buildings in the central part of Lviv.
